At MailSage India, we believe privacy is a fundamental human right. Our products are built from the ground up to minimize the data we collect while providing you with an exceptional AI experience.
1. Zero Retention Architecture
MailSage uses a 'stateless' architecture for processing your emails. When you use any AI drafting or categorization features, the email content is processed in real-time in secure memory. As soon as the AI operation is complete, the content is permanently deleted from our servers. We never store copies of your emails or private messages.
2. Data Collection
We only collect minimal metadata required to provide our service, such as your professional name, email address for account management, and aggregate usage statistics (how many emails you've drafted) to manage your billing cycle. We do NOT collect or store your inbox history, search queries, or contact lists.
3. No AI Training on User Data
Your data is never used to train or fine-tune our global AI models. Any learnings about your individual style are stored locally in your encrypted account context and are never shared with third-party providers or other MailSage users.
4. Your Rights
You have the right to request a complete export of your account metadata or the permanent deletion of your account at any time. All deletion requests are processed within 24 hours.
